Between Friends

What do you do when two close friends put you in the middle of there drama?
I have two very close friends and I care about them equally, however they have me in the middle of a their major communication issues/problems right now!!!
Who's side should I choose?
Background:
Friend A who's male has difficulty, like most men expressing feeling to friend B who's female; now friend B has tried to get friend A to open up, but he hasn't; as a result their friendship has drifted apart. Friend A wants to try to work on opening up, but has problems now because friend B has started to confiding thoughts and feeling with a neutral 3rd party. Who by the way may or may not be attracted to friend B.
My dilemma:
Do I give advice that may backfire and as a result leave everyone mad at me?
Do I say nothing and keep listening to both of them express their thoughts on the situation?
Do I tell each of them to stop venting to me since I feel stuck in the middle and don't want to choose side. ***(plus I can't -even if I wanted to-I understand both point of view) ***
Or lock them both in a room and let the duke it out (LOL)

Ok, FYI ahead of time-I know this is going to piss someone off... My apologizes in advance!! My honest opinion is; if you have any problems with what I’m about to say- then all you have to do is change or stop trying to deal with people that feel the way I do!! Big Boy please stop calling me and telling me all the thing you'll do sexually/otherwise to get me in BED and how your weight won't make a difference. To me it dose, and here's why:

There's nothing sexy about a 240+ guy standing at 5’10 to 6’o let alone 5'6 to5'9... the WWSN says "normal weight for a guy at 6'3 is anywhere from 176-202 ". Let’s face it -you fall about 9 or more inches’ sort of that mark. So where do you get off getting an attitude with me over loosing some weight when even the doctors say, you could stand to loose a few pounds. WOW the nerve!! I never approached you, came onto you, nor asked you to like me. You, "like what you see" and came onto me. Let's face it, if I weighed 200+ pounds while standing at 5'3, you wouldn't take 1st let alone the second look. It's the fact I am 33, 5'3 130 lbs 137 at max and work hard as HE$$ to maintain that weight, is why you're "digging" me. It has nothing to do with my personality, charm, etc... Etc... BS...
SO ONCE AND 4 ALL if you don't fit the mole and don't want to change, DON'T get A NASTY ATTUDIE with me about how I feel. After all these nothing wrong with being in the friends zone (LOL)

In Their Defense “freaks”

I have a big problem with you guys that have kids, (the ones) who are always talking about "I want a women that's spontaneous or a Freak in..." Y!!!- A Freak in bed is what put you in this "situation"; you don’t have time 4 one, not if you’re a halfway decent father. Can you please explain to me how you can call yourself spontaneous when you have to answer to someone else most of the #$@! time, ex. baby mama, sister, mama or grandmother whoever keeps your child. Every woman has a Pandora’s Box and as a man it’s you job to find the key to unlock it. Now, that can be quite difficult if you don’t have the time to research and explore the lay of the land. So please give me a break especially when it comes to popping your gums about how freaky you’re women should be, after all a true freak can’t be put on a time schedule.
